CHICAGO — A man fell down an elevator shaft in West Town on Monday morning, officials said.
At 7:50 a.m., the 46-year-old man accidentally fell down the shaft in a building in the 1300 block of West Carroll Avenue, police said. He was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition.
No further information was immediately available.
