CHICAGO — Nine people, including a 14-year-old boy, have been wounded in shootings since Saturday, police said.

• Most recently, at 6:51 a.m., a 51-year-old man and 55-year-old man were shot in Englewood, police said. The men were sitting on the front porch of a home in the 6100 block of South Morgan Street when a man walked up to them, spoke to them and took out a gun.

The man shot the victims in their legs, took money from them and ran away, police said.

The 51-year-old man was hit in his left thigh and and the 55-year-old man was hit in his left calf. They were taken to Stroger Hospital, where their conditions were not available but they were listed as "stable," police said.

• At 3:14 a.m., a 21-year-old man and 29-year-old man were shot in Humboldt Park.

• At 2:34 a.m., a 26-year-old man was shot in North Lawndale, police said. The man was pumping gas at a station in the 3900 block of West Roosevelt Road when someone in a gray car fired shots at him.

The man was hit in his left leg and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

The man was a documented gang member, a police source said.

• At 11:46 p.m. Saturday, a 22-year-old man was shot in Grand Crossing, police said. The man was walking on the sidewalk in the 7200 block of South Blackstone Avenue when a man walked up to him, took out a gun and demanded the victim's money.

The victim tried to run away and the man shot at him, hitting the victim in his legs, police said. He took himself to Jackson Park Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

The victim was a documented gang member, a police source said.

• At 10:10 p.m., a 39-year-old man was shot in Pilsen.

• At 4:11 p.m., a 14-year-old boy was shot in Grand Crossing, police said. The boy was in the 1500 block of East 70th Street when someone in a car fired shots at him.

The boy was hit in his arm and taken to Jackson Park Hospital in good condition, police said.

• At 1:50 p.m., a 37-year-old man was shot in Avalon Park, police said. The man was in the 7900 block of South Anthony Avenue when he heard shots.

The man was shot in his big toe and he took himself to Jackson Park Hospital, where he was in good condition, police said.

No one was in custody for these shootings.
