ALBANY PARK — Police officers will be on the lookout for drunken drivers and speeders Saturday night during a DUI Strike Force Patrol planned for the Albany Park Police District.

Officers will saturate the area, also looking for people not wearing seatbelts and other violations.

The strike force patrol will be in effect from 6 p.m. Saturday to 2 a.m. Sunday.

The Albany Park Police District is bounded by Devon and Belmont avenues to the north and south, and Cicero Avenue and the Chicago River to the west and east.

Communities in the district include Albany Park, Avondale, Irving Park, Mayfair, North Mayfair, North Park and Ravenswood Manor.
