CHICAGO — Four people were taken into custody after an anti-Dakota Access oil pipeline protest at Citi Bank on Wednesday.
At 3:03 p.m., the four went into a building in the first block of West Washington Street and refused to leave after they were asked to go, police said. Officers arrested the four for criminal trespassing. Charges were pending.
