CHICAGO — Husain Parr, 17, was shot to death in Englewood on Thursday night, officials said.
At 7:02 p.m., the teen was walking in the 7000 block of South Princeton Avenue when someone in a dark-colored SUV fired shots at him, police said.
The teen was hit multiple times in his chest and leg and was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, police said.
Parr, of the 4700 block of South Michigan Avenue, was pronounced dead at 12:45 a.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
No one was in custody.
