CHICAGO — Shootings wounded 13 people on Wednesday, police said.

• At 10:25 p.m., a 16-year-old boy was shot in Riverdale, police said. The boy was standing on the street in the 400 block of East 133rd Street when someone in a passing black car fired shots at him.

The boy was hit in his stomach and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in serious condition, police said.

The shooting appeared to be gang-related, a police source said.

• At 8:56 p.m., a 21-year-old man was shot in Chicago Lawn, police said. The man was standing at a bus stop in the 6200 block of South Kedzie Avenue when someone walked up and fired shots at him.

The man was hit in his back and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition, police said.

The shooter ran away, police said.

• At 8:16 p.m., six people, including a 12-year-old girl, were shot and wounded in Grand Crossing.

• At 7:38 p.m., an 18-year-old man was shot during a robbery in Logan Square.

• At 6:31 p.m., a 26-year-old man was shot in Burnside, police said. The man was outside in the 1100 block of East 95th Street when a man walked up and fired shots.

The victim was hit in his legs and chest and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in serious condition, police said.

• At 5:14 p.m., a 20-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said. The man was in the 300 block of North Central Avenue when he was shot in his leg.

The man was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

No further information was immediately available.

• At 3:53 p.m., an 18-year-old man was shot in Gage Park, police said. The man was in the 2500 block of West 53rd Street when he was shot in his shoulder.

The man took himself to Holy Cross Hospital and was transferred to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

No further information was immediately available.

• At 8:45 a.m., a 22-year-old man was shot and wounded in Humboldt Park.

No one was in custody in these shootings.
