CHICAGO — Diamond Woods, 21, was shot to death in Austin on Friday, officials said.
At 4 p.m., the man was outside in the 600 block of North Central Avenue when he was shot multiple times, police said. He was taken to West Suburban hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
Woods, of the 7400 block of South Phillips, was pronounced dead at 4:18 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
No one was in custody.
