LINCOLN SQUARE — Tickets are now on sale for Winter Brew, the annual indoor "street fest" that celebrates Chicago's craft beer scene.

The event runs from 7-10 p.m. Jan. 27 with a VIP evening of food and beer pairings at Artifact Events, 4325 N. Ravenswood Ave.

The cost of admission is $50, which includes two beers and two food tastings from each participating brewery and restaurant. Five local breweries and three restaurants are currently confirmed, with more being added.

The main event, Jan. 28, is split into two sessions at DANK Haus, 4740 N. Western Ave.: The afternoon session takes place from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.; the evening session is set for 7-10 p.m.

Tickets are $15, which includes admission and attendees' first beer. Additional beers (eight-ounce pours) and food cost $4-$5.

More than a dozen breweries are signed on to participate, as well as Few Spirits and Koval Distillery. The Northman cider pub is providing food.
