CHICAGO — Shootings have wounded seven people since Monday, police said.

• At 12:23 a.m. Tuesday, a 15-year-old boy was shot in Austin, police said. The boy was standing on the sidewalk in the 1700 block of North Lorel Avenue when someone in a white car fired shots at him.

The boy was hit in his left hand and was taken to Norwegian American Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

The boy is a documented gang member, a police source said.

• At 10:25 p.m. Monday, a 32-year-old man was shot in North Lawndale, police said. The man was driving in the 4400 block of West Ogden Avenue when someone in a dark-colored car fired shots at him.

The man was hit in the right side of his neck and in his right forearm. He took himself to McNeal Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 10:20 p.m., a 25-year-old man was shot in South Shore, police said. The man was standing on a porch in the 7000 block of South Harper Avenue when someone in a passing gray Chevy Camaro fired shots at him.

The man was hit in his right foot and was taken to Jackson Park Hospital in good condition, police said.

• At 9:35 p.m., a 22-year-old man was shot in West Englewood, police said. The man was in the 2100 block of West 64th Street when he was shot in his chest and back.

The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in critical condition, police said.

The man is a documented gang member, a police source said.

The circumstances of the shooting were not immediately available.

• At 4:35 p.m., a 16-year-old boy was shot in North Lawndale, police said. The boy was walking in the 3700 block of West 13th Street when he heard shots and felt pain.

The boy was shot in his leg and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition.

•  At 4 p.m., a 21-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said. The man was in the 5100 block of West Hirsch Street when he was shot in his arm.

The man was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, police said.

No further information was immediately available.

• At 3:17 p.m., a 24-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said. The man was in the 1700 block of North Lorel Avenue when someone fired shots at him and ran away.

The man was hit in his back and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

A person of interest was being questioned in the shooting, police said.

No one was in custody in these shootings unless otherwise noted.
