CHICAGO — Brown Line trains have resumed with residual delays after a train near the Francisco station hit a vehicle Monday afternoon, according to a tweet from CTA.

Chicago Fire Department spokesperson Larry Langford told DNAinfo that the car left the scene, there was minor damage to the train and no one was injured. 

Crews are working to restore service, according to the tweet.

CTA tweeted to use the #81 Lawrence bus as an alternative.
