CHICAGO — Trayvon Dickerosn, 22, was shot and killed in South Shore on Wednesday night, officials said.
At 9:23 p.m., officers responding to a call of shots fired found the unresponsive man in a gangway in the 6800 block of South Cornell Avenue, police said.
The man had been shot in his head and stomach, police said.
Dickerson, of the 6400 block of South Ellis Avenue, was pronounced dead, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
No one was in custody.
