CHICAGO — Shootings have killed three people and wounded three others since Wednesday.
• At 12:18 a.m. Thursday, a 35-year-old man was found shot to death in a car in West Town.
• At 7:10 p.m. Wednesday, a man was fatally shot in Noble Square.
• At 3:40 p.m., a 25-year-old man was shot and killed in Sheridan Park.
In non-fatal shootings:
• Most recently, at 2:22 a.m. Thursday, a 19-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said. The man was walking on the sidewalk in the first block of North Leamington Avenue when a man walked up to him and fired shots.
The man was hit in his back and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.
• At 11:05 p.m. Wednesday, a 17-year-old was shot in Englewood.
• At 12:45 p.m., a 23-year-old man was shot and wounded in Austin.
No one was in custody.
