RAVENSWOOD — The Ravenswood Neighbors Association is jumping on the community-wide garage sale bandwagon.
The organization is planning the event for Oct. 16 but, first things first, the sale needs sellers who have housewares, clothing, furniture and baby items they'd like to unload.
To participate, just fill out the online registration form by Oct. 2. The association will take things from there, applying for a bulk permit, coordinating promotional efforts and creating a map for buyers.
The association's — and sale's — boundaries are Lawrence, Montrose, Ashland and Damen.
