WEST PULLMAN — A 21-year-old man died after a shooting that also left a 24-year-old man wounded in West Pullman early Saturday morning, police said.

At 3:35 a.m., the men were driving in an alley in the 500 block of West 127th Street when a man in a truck fired shots, according to a police incident report.

The 21-year-old was hit in his shoulder and was in critical condition, police said. He was brought to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office identified the man as Dylan Dent, of the same block.

The other man, 24, was hit in his leg and was listed as "stable," police said.

No one is in custody, police said.
