DOWNTOWN — A Downtown bus stop change is generating lots of lolz on the Internet. 

A Reddit user was walking down Michigan Avenue when he noticed a bus stop near Randolph Street displaying the message: "Ohio Will Be Eliminated."

The message was referring to Monday's removal of a bus stop at Michigan and Ohio Street, but the Redditor opted to have some fun with it, posting a picture Wednesday saying: "CTA bus stop predicts doom for 11.59 million people."

The thread now has nearly 100 comments, and that's just on Reddit:
