IRVING PARK — A pair of taggers were caught on video spraying their mark on Irving Park Road and on Montrose Avenue in the 33rd Ward earlier this week.

Ald. Deb Mell shared footage of the suspects via Facebook at the request of the Chicago Police Department in the hopes of identifying the suspects.

Though Mell reported that the graffiti wasn't gang-related and most of it has been removed by city crews, she said that the offense, while considered minor by some, is "criminal damage to property and costly to clean up."

Anyone with information should call the Albany Park Police District at 312-742-4410.
