CHICAGO — Five separate shootings on the South Side left six people wounded since Sunday, police said. 

In the most recent, at 1:24 a.m. Monday, a 22-year-old man was standing outside in the 600 block of East 107th Street in Pullman when he heard shots and felt pain, said Officer Bari Lemmon, a Chicago Police spokeswoman. 

The man, who was shot in his chest, was taken to Christ Advocate Hospital, where he was listed in serious condition, Lemmon said. 

At 11:45 p.m. Sunday, a 37-year-old man was in the 8800 block of South Wood Street in Ashburn when a black car drove up and someone inside shot him, Lemmon said. 

The man, who was shot in his stomach and hand, was taken to Christ Advocate Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, Lemmon said. 

At 11:10 p.m. Sunday, a 52-year-old man was in the 7100 block of South State Avenue in Park Manor when he heard shots and felt pain, Lemmon said. 

The man, who was shot in his foot, was taken to St. Bernard Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, Lemmon said. 

At 9:55 p.m. on Sunday, two teens were shot in the 7200 block of South Lowe Avenue in Englewood, Lemmon said. 

The 17-year-old, who was shot in his thigh, was taken to St. Bernard, where his condition was stabilized, Lemmon said. 

The 16-year-old, who was shot in his elbow, was taken the University of Chicago's Comer's Children's Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, Lemmon said. 

At 1:56 p.m. Sunday, an 18-year-old boy was in the 9200 block of South Throop Street in Brainerd when someone fired shots into the garage he was in, Lemmon said. 

The teen, who was shot in hia thigh, was taken to Christ Advocate Hospital, where he was listed in serious condition, Lemmon said. 

The teen is a documented gang member, police said. 

No one is in custody for the shootings, Lemmon said.
