LOGAN SQUARE — A citywide celebration of music Tuesday includes performances at multiple locations in Logan Square and Humboldt Park.

More than 200 performances will be held across the city as part of Make Music Chicago, a free one-day, city-wide music festival.

Neighborhood performances will be held at the Humboldt Park Boathouse, on The 606 between Spaulding and Julia de Burgos Park, Comfort Station and Mozart Park.

Chicago will be one of more than 700 cities across the globe celebrating the music holiday, Fête de la Musique, also known as Make Music Day or World Music Day.

The day of free music started in Paris in 1982 and has since spread across the world.
