CHICAGO — A 21-year-old man died after walking into an Englewood hospital with a gunshot wound on Sunday, according to police.
The man walked into St. Bernard Hospital, 326 W. 64th St., after being shot in the abdomen, at 6:50 p.m. Sunday, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.
He was pronounced dead shortly after, Estrada said.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office identified the man as Otis Richmond, of the 5200 block of West Harrison Street.
Detectives have not yet learned when or where the shooting took place, Estrada said.
