CLEARING — Six home burglaries have been reported in Clearing since May 27, according to a community alert sent by police Monday.
In each incident, police said, someone broke into a garage through a door and took items from inside.
The burglaries were reported at the following times and locations:
• 1:30 p.m. on May 27 in the 6300 block of South Austin Avenue
• 10:30 a.m. on May 31 in the 5900 block of West 63rd Place
• 10:44 a.m. on May 31 in the 6600 block of West 63rd Place
• 6 a.m. on June 7 in the 6200 block of South Mason Avenue
• 8:40 a.m. on June 11 in the 6200 block of South Massasoit Avenue
• 9 a.m. on June 12 in the 5200 block of South Normandy Avenue
