Man Who Broke Into Nuts On Clark Caught, Charged With Burglary, Police Say

CHICAGO — A 51-year-old man is facing charges after burglarizing Nuts On Clark at least twice, police said.

Armando Vadillo, of the 3900 block of North Clark, has been charged with two counts of burglary, according to a Chicago Police news release. Vadillo entered Nuts On Clark, 3830 N. Clark St., through an air conditioning duct on May 20 and Friday, police said.

Officers arriving at the scene of the burglary early Friday said they found Vadillo and he matched a suspect from a surveillance video, police said. Vadillo has been convicted of burglary in the past, police said.

Nuts On Clark has been burglarized four times recently.
