MILLENNIUM PARK — A restaurant across the street from Millennium Park is throwing a birthday party, and party favors for patrons include $1 glasses of wine.
Remington's, which opened last year at 20 N. Michigan Ave., will serve $1 oysters and $1 glasses of Sauvignon Blanc from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday, May 25 to celebrate its first year of business.
"On May 25, we say thank you for a great first year," Josh Rutherford, a partner at 4 Star Restaurant Group, which owns Remington's, said in a statement.
The oysters are a variety of East and West Coast offerings sold for $1 each. Reservations for the party are available by calling (312) 782-6000 or visiting OpenTable.com.
