"Our pricing for two-bed/two-bath units is $499,000, three-bed duplex downs start from $774,000, and our three-bed duplex-ups from $839,000," broker George Furla said. "We have the ability to walk the units, as they are in the framing stage, and we are also doing in-office presentations at 2324 W. North Ave. which is our main office."
The smallest building has two units, and most of the buildings have six units. Amenities include free-standing soaking tubs, wet bars, heated floors in the master bath and private concierge services. Kitchens and baths are all upgraded.
