UPTOWN — Truman College on Saturday will host an Uptown-focused late-night talk show with musical guest White Mystery for this month's Uptown Saturday Nights.

"Good Evening with Pat Whalen," a talk show "that presents a candid, funny, and thought-provoking portrait of Chicago" will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the O'Rourke Auditorium at Truman College, 1145 W. Wilson Ave., according to a press release for the event.

The show will examine neighborhood politics, arts and culture and feature playwright Ike Holter.

Holter's work has been produced at The Steppenwolf Garage, A Red Orchid, LiveWire Chicago, Theater Seven and The New Colony, the release said.

White Mystery is a brother and sister rock duo who have performed in Japan, Europe and the United Kingdom, the release said.
