Little Village Shootings Wound 2 Men, Police Say

CHICAGO — Little Village shootings left two men wounded Thursday night, police said.

• At 9:17 p.m., a man was shot in his leg while in the 3000 block of South Keeler Avenue, said Officer Laura Amezaga, a Chicago Police spokeswoman. No further information was immediately available.

• At 5:43 p.m., a 20-year-old man was shot in the 3000 block of South Homan Avenue, Amezaga said. The man was standing outside when a car approached and someone got out and fired shots at him.

The man was hit in his arm and leg. He was taken to St. Anthony Hospital and was in good condition, Amezaga said.

No one was in custody in the shootings.
