CHICAGO — Two men lured a woman into their car and one tried to sexually assault her while she was in the back seat in Irving Park on Tuesday morning, police said.

At 6:15 a.m., the woman was standing at a bus stop at Montrose and Kimball when a small, silver sedan circled around her and stopped in the business parking lot, according to a Chicago Police community alert. Two men inside the car called over to the woman, trying to convince her to get into the car.

One of the men got out of the car and walked up to the woman, police said. He took her by the hand and put her into the back seat of the car as the driver began moving.

The man in the back seat tried to sexually assault the woman and the woman jumped out of the moving car near Cullom and Western, police said.

One of the men was Hispanic and was 25 to 35 years old, 5-foot-10 to 6-foot-2 and weighed 180 pounds, police said. He had a shag hairstyle, brown eyes, a dark brown complexion and was wearing a black shirt.

The other man was Hispanic and was 25 to 30 years old, 5-foot-4 to 5-foot-7, weighed 150 to 160 pounds and had a light brown complexion, police said.
