CHICAGO — Warm weather is returning to the city later this week.

After a weekend that started with snow and colder temperatures, Monday will be dry and warm, said AccuWeather meteorologist Dan Pydynowski. It will get as warm as 50 degrees, he said, and there will be a breeze.

There "might be some clouds in the morning, but it probably turns out pretty sunny and not all that bad for temperatures," Pydynowski said. "All in all, not a bad day."

According to Pydynowski, the breeze will die down on Tuesday and it'll be a bit chillier with a high of 46 degrees, but it will be sunny, and Wednesday will see a high temperature in the mid-50s and the day will be mostly sunny as well.

"Out of those three, Wednesday’s probably the nicest. It’s gonna be dry all three days, but Wednesday is probably the mildest,” Pydynowski said.

The end of the week will be even better, with highs in the 60s on Thursday and Friday, Pydynowski said.
