STREETERVILLE — Robert's Pizza Co., a gourmet pizzeria created by a Gold Coast couple, will debut Wednesday in Streeterville.

The restaurant at 355 E. Ohio St. will serve 15 different brick-oven pizzas with toppings ranging from roast duck to clams and calamari. The menu also includes create-your-own options and four-course "pizza flights" including a salad pizza, white pizza, entree and dessert pizzas.

"We're very excited to introduce it to Chicago, the perfect pizza town," Robert Garvey said in a statement.
