CHICAGO — Understanding your rights as a renter can be a bit confusing.

The Cook County Law Library is hosting a renters' rights and responsibility forum Tuesday that is free and open to the public.

The program, which is being held at the Cook County Law Library, 50 W. Washington St., in room 2900, will present a basic overview of the rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants in Chicago.
