JEFFERSON PARK — A spaghetti dinner at Edgebrook Lutheran Church will raise money to send teens to Pennsylvania on a mission trip to repair homes for people in need, organizers said.
Tickets for the spaghetti dinner scheduled to start at 6 p.m. Saturday at the church, 5252 W. Devon Ave., are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 4-11.
The church's Confirmation class and members in sixth through 12th grades are set to go on the trip. The teens will be serve the dinner and conduct an auction and several raffles to raise money for the trip.
Items to be raffled off include jewelry, restaurant gift certificates and movie theater tickets, organizers said.
Gluten-free and vegetarian entrees will be available, as well as a dessert table, organizers said.
Tickets for the dinner can be bought online or at the door.
