LINCOLN SQUARE — After more than a year's absence, the amateur pit masters behind Bobby's Q are back with another pop-up barbecue.
The meat is already no doubt in the smoker for Sunday's feast, which starts at 11 a.m. and lasts until the brisket and pulled pork runs out. The menu also includes sides like mac 'n' cheese and cole slaw.
Once again, Borelli's Pizza, 2124 W. Lawrence Ave., is playing host to the pop-up, which last appeared in January 2015.
For past pop-ups, Bobby's Q has prepared more than 150 pounds of meat and sold out in just four hours.
