NORTH CENTER — For one night only, Mrs. Murphy & Sons Irish Bistro is swapping out fish and chips for dishes like etouffee and seafood jambalaya as it transforms into a Cajun Bistreaux for Fat Tuesday.

Mrs. Murphy chef Jonathan Trubow has cooked up a New Orleans-inspired menu to celebrate the end of Mardi Gras, Feb. 9, 3905 N. Lincoln Ave.

In addition to the creole cuisine, the evening's cocktails and music, courtesy of the jazz band Soul Message, will also nod to the Big Easy.
