Girl Molested While Walking to Middle School in McKinley Park, Police Warn

CHICAGO — A man grabbed an underage girl and molested her as she walked to school in McKinley Park , police said.

At 7:50 a.m. Thursday, the girl and a friend were walking to Evergreen Academy when a man walked up to them and grabbed the victim in a sexually abusive way, according to a Chicago Police alert. The man then walked off.

The man is described as Hispanic, 35 to 40 years old, 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-9 and weighing 170 pounds, police said. He had a dark complexion, a round, chubby face with acne scars and short, spiky black hair with a lot of gel. He was wearing black sunglasses, a green scarf, a light brown or khaki-colored knee-length coat and dark, shiny dress shoes.
