HYDE PARK — “The Theory of Everything” will show for free on Thursday at the Hyde Park Art Center.
The second Thursday of every month the University of Chicago sponsors a free movie at 1 p.m. at the art center, 5020 S. Cornell Ave.
This month’s movie is the biographic film about the life of physicist Stephen Hawking, focusing on the development of his motor neuron disease. Actor Eddie Redmayne won the Oscar for Best Actor in 2015 for his role as Hawking.
The movie is free and open to the public, but a $2 donation is suggested.
