LITTLE VILLAGE — A 35-year-old man was shot in the abdomen early Thursday morning in Little Village, police said.

Around 4:30 a.m., the man was shot in the 2600 block of South Homan Avenue, according to Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The man was brought to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition stabilized, Sedevic said.

Police could not immediately provide any other information about the shooting.
