LINCOLN SQUARE — Now in its fourth year, Goosefoot could easily coast on its Michelin-starred reputation.

But chef Chris Nugent, whose cuisine has managed to lure the city's foodies to an unlikely corner of Lawrence Avenue, isn't standing pat.

"We are excited to share some wonderful changes," he said in an email to loyal patrons.

Beginning in December, Goosefoot, 2656 W. Lawrence Ave., is adding an all chef table format, bringing the kitchen's plating area into the dining room.

Only 24 guests will be served each night, Wednesday through Saturday, with seatings at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.

"The dining experience will be very intimate and cozy," the email said.

Cost of the 12-course tasting menu will be $220, including food, tax, service and non-alcoholic beverages. Goosefoot remains BYOB, with wine and beer for sale at the adjacent Goosefoot Food & Wine.

The restaurant will begin accepting reservations for the new format on Oct. 19.
