ENGLEWOOD — St. Bernard Hospital will offer free school physicals, vaccinations and dental screenings at its community health fair Oct. 10.
The event will take place in the hospital's parking lot, 326 W. 64th Street, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Parents must bring a copy of their child's shot records to receive the vaccinations. Both adults and children will get free vision screenings.
