LINCOLN PARK — Police charged a Bridgeport man with sexually assaulting a 22-year-old woman on the Fullerton CTA train platform, according to a Sunday news release.
Around 3:40 a.m. Friday, the release said, 27-year-old Xavier Rodriguez grabbed the woman from behind and "sexually abused her." Rodriguez ran away when the woman screamed for help.
Rodriguez, of the 1200 block of West 32nd Street, will appear in bond court Sunday, where he'll face a charge of criminal sexual abuse, police said.
