AUBURN GRESHAM — Want to take a peek inside newly rehabbed properties in your neighborhood? Take a tour of updated Auburn Gresham and Englewood properties on Saturday while riding a trolley.
The tour will begin at the Auburn Gresham Neighborhood Housing Services office, 449 W. 79th St., at 10:15 a.m. Onsite registration will be from 9:30-10 a.m. The last trolley will leave at noon. Seats can be reserved in advance by calling 773-488-2004.
Participants will learn about forgivable loan programs and can enter a raffle for the chance to win a 50-inch television. Partners and sponsors include the City of Chicago, LISC Chicago, Greater Englewood Development Corp. and the Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corp.
