CHICAGO — When David Gentile plays Fifa 16 with friends on his Xbox, he tries to emulate moves he's seen from Lane Tech senior Owen Finn.

"His goals this week were really awesome," said Gentile, a River North resident, Lane Tech grad and member of the school's soccer booster club.

Finn, a senior forward from Rogers Park, put together a highlight reel of tallies this week for the Indians.

Against Kelly on Monday, he spun between defenders, dribbled away from a third and shot the ball past a fourth defender and the netminder for a goal.

Against St. Ignatius on Tuesday, Finn launched a 34-yard shot over the goalie into the bottom-right corner of the net.

Videos of both goals have received hundreds of views.

"It's cool to have a lot of people in school saying 'really nice goal'," said Finn, who's been playing soccer since he was 4 years old. "A lot of people really liked the spin one."

Finn has four goals for Lane Tech (1-3-3) this season and 20-plus for his three-year varsity career. He helped lead the Indians, who play Whitney Young on Monday, to the city championship in 2014.

He hasn't chosen a college yet, but is receiving a few looks from Division I and III schools, Finn said.

He loves showing potential college programs his goals ... especially the highlight ones.
