OLD TOWN — There's no better way to celebrate the beginning of fall than chowing down on mac 'n' cheese between hula hooping and listening to live music.

Neighbors can do just that at Old Town Triangle Association's fall festival from 5-10 p.m. Saturday at the Old Town Triangle Center, 1763 North Park Ave.

There will be grub like mac 'n' cheese and ribs from barbecue joint Smoke Daddy, 1804 W. Division St., beer from Lagunitas Brewery and wine from The House of Glunz, 1206 N. Wells St.

Kids are invited to partake in hula hooping contests and other family-friendly activities while the jazz ensemble Big Band Boom performs.

Members of the Old Town Triangle Association and non-group members will get in for $20, while children between ages 6-12 will get in for $10.

Tickets can be bought online.
