FisherFest 2015 Will Be 4 Days of Music, Carnival Rides & Kid Games

BEVERLY — FisherFest 2015 returns on Thursday to parking lot of St. John Fisher Parish at 10234 S. Washtenaw Ave. in West Beverly.

The four-day festival and fundraiser features an array of musical performances, carnival games and children's activities. A $25,000 raffle will also be held as part of the event. Raffle tickets cost $100 each and 900 will be sold.

A daily bracelet can be purchased for $20 for the carnival, allowing unlimited rides. Otherwise, tickets cost $1.25 each. Individual tickets can also be purchased in sheets of 22 for $25 or sheets of 55 for $60.

Here's a list of other activities slated for Fisher Fest 2015:

• FisherFest is open from 6-10 p.m. on Thursday. DJ Dunn will perform from 6-8 p.m., followed by Dyed in the Wool, a Chicago band that blends traditional Irish music with American folk, from 8-10 p.m.

• FisherFest is open from 6-11 p.m. on Friday and features a pair of country bands. The Cousins, featuring Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School graduate Shannon Baker, will take the main stage from 6-7:30 p.m.

Hillbilly Rockstarz, a country music cover band, wraps up the popular evening from 8-11 p.m.

• FisherFest is open from noon-11 p.m. on Saturday. The evening will showcase a pair of rock bands beginning with Badd Penny from 5-7 p.m. This high-energy classic rock tribute band will be followed by Infinity from 8-11 p.m.

Infinity began in 1985 as a Journey cover band and has evolved to include a wide variety of rock favorites among its playlist.

• FisherFest is winds down from 1-8 p.m. with Sunday Fun Day. The K. Michaels Band will bring their unique brand of horn-based rock to the stage from 2:30-4 p.m. Five Guys Named Moe wraps up the festival from 5-8 p.m. with its show featuring classic rock and roll along with some party favorites.
