WRIGLEY FIELD — For months, local parents have voiced concerns over the school-night AC/DC concert — and that was before helicopters and fireworks were involved.

On Tuesday, the rock band AC/DC will perform at Wrigley Field. The show starts at 7 p.m. and legally must end by 11 p.m., although Cubs officials said they hope to end things closer to 10 p.m.

Helicopters will capture "the full experience" for a concert DVD, Ald. Tom Tunney (44th) told neighbors. There will also be pyrotechnics for the opening song and the final two songs of the night.

Ballpark lights will be on overnight.

The Cubs hotline will be open at 6 p.m. until two hours after the concert.

Parking will be restricted from 2 p.m. to midnight on the following streets:

• Clark Street from Newport to Addison (both sides of street) and Waveland to Irving Park (east side)

• Addison Street from Clark to Racine (both sides), Wilton to Sheffield (both sides) and Clark to Sheffield (south side)

• Irving Park Road from Clark to Seminary (both sides)

There is also no parking through Wednesday on Racine Avenue from Grace to the Green Lot entrance (east side). Full street closures will go through Wednesday on Sheffield from Addison to Waveland and on Waveland from Sheffield to Kenmore.

The Cubs and Wrigley Field are 95 percent owned by a trust established for the benefit of the family of Joe Ricketts, owner and CEO of DNAinfo.com. Joe Ricketts has no direct involvement in the management of the iconic team.
