Near West Side 1232 CAPS Meeting Tuesday

NEAR WEST SIDE — Residents living in the Near West District's 1232 police beat boundaries are encouraged to attend a local CAPS meeting Tuesday night.

The meeting will kick off at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the CPD's 12th District headquarters, 1412 S. Blue Island Ave.

Residents will have the opportunity to talk with police officers about suspicious activity and discuss any ongoing neighborhood issues.

The 1232 beat includes parts of University Village, Little Italy and the West Loop. A map of Near West Side police beats is available here.
