LINCOLN PARK — For just three nights, upscale American restaurant Intro is offering its tasting menu at a reduced price.
Beginning Tuesday evening through Thursday, the six-course tasting menu at the ever-evolving Intro, 2300 N. Lincoln Park West, will be available for $55 a person. It's normally $85 a person.
The folks at Intro dropped the price to celebrate their latest chef-in-residence Aaron Martinez getting a three-star review from a Tribune dining critic.
Expect dishes like king salmon with kohlrabi, dill and frozen mustard and rib of beef with eggplant, cherries and onions on the menu crafted by Martinez, who is the restaurant's third chef-in-residence.
To make a reservation, email introchicago@leye.com or call 773-868-0002.
