Joan Kroc Corps Community Center
WEST PULLMAN — A 5K run/walk Saturday will help raise money for scholarship funds at the Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center.
The organization is holding its first "Hero Run" at 9 a.m. at 1250 W. 119th Street.
All proceeds will go to the Kroc Center Chicago Scholarship Fund.
Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. Adults are $20 and youths are $10.
