LINCOLN SQUARE — Chef Iliana Regan is turning her flagship restaurant Elizabeth into a preview for her forthcoming Lakeview micro-bakery, Bunny, and pop-up "culinary playground" Wunder POP.
While waiting on permits for Bunny/Wunder POP, Regan is charging ahead with a ramen pop-up Monday night at her Lincoln Square eatery, 4835 N. Lincoln Ave.
She'll be serving up three styles of broth — chicken, pork and mushroom — along with assorted toppings and side dishes.
A limited drinks menu includes sake and a bourbon cocktail. Finish off your meal with a green tea soda float or yuzu ice cream.
The pop-up opens at 6:30 p.m. and runs through 11 p.m., with the last customer in the door at 10:30 p.m.
Service is walk-up, cash-only. You might want to hit up an ATM first: Ramen, topping, side dish, dessert and drink could set you back close to $40.
