SOUTH CHICAGO — An 18-year-old man was shot to death in South Chicago Sunday morning, police said.

At about 9:13 a.m., the man was shot in his abdomen on the 8100 block of South Manistee Avenue, according to Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman. Police had no other information on the circumstances behind the shooting.

The man was taken to Christ Memorial Hospital, Estrada said, where he was later pronounced dead. 

No one is in custody for the shooting, Estrada said.
