PORTAGE PARK — The Portage Restaurant will offer a four-course menu Wednesday designed to showcase Rosé wines and celebrate summer.
Chef Joey Beato's four-course menu will feature sockeye salmon sashimi, poached gulf prawns, Miller Farms chicken thigh pave and a grilled peach frozen yogurt. Each dish will be paired with one of four fruity rosé wines.
The cost is $45 per person, and reservations are required. Two seatings will take place at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. at the Portage, 3938 N. Central Ave.
