BRIDGEPORT — The Chicago Park District is screening "E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial" at Donovan Park, part of the "Movies in the Parks" series.
The movie, starring Henry Thomas as Elliot — a troubled boy who "summons the courage to help a friendly alien escape Earth and return to his home-world" — starts at dusk Wednesday at the park, 3620 S. Lituanica.
It's free to attend.
